The Gallery at the Salina Art Center is a light-filled, creative space that’s perfect for hosting parties, bridal and baby showers, or other memorable occasions.

Requests that include no public access (closing SAC during regular hours) must be reserved a minimum of 90 days in advance.
All rentals include tables, chairs, table linens, table service, AV, and access to the kitchen (ice makers, refrigerators, dishwashers, oven, stovetop, etc.). Any items readily available at SAC.
An additional $200 per hour will be charged for each hour an event goes past the scheduled time.
SAC Member Discount (min. 10% off to FREE based on membership benefits available at various levels)
50% due at time of booking + $200 deposit for cleaning and replacement fee. The $200 will be returned within 14 business days pending any retention for damages or cleaning fees.
Balance due 24 hours before event.
Refunds will only be given for events cancelled with at least 72-hour notice (less $200 administrative fee for holding the date)
Alcohol is allowed at events. The renter is responsible for the safety of guests and ensuring no underage persons are served.
