Ages 7-10 | 10-11:30am or 1-2:30pm | Come explore the ancient art of Chinese brush painting! Learn how to use special tools such as bamboo brushes and ink. Practice a variety of brushstrokes and understand how to put those brushstrokes together to create images. Create multiple paintings to take home, including a landscape painting that incorporates a frisket technique!

Stitch and Decorate a Drawstring Bag | Ages 7-10

Ages 7-10 | 10-11:30am or 1-2:30pm | Everybody loves a small bag in which to hold a treasure. We will use special fabric crayons to create a drawing that we will transfer onto fabric and then carefully hand stitch this into a bag to keep your special finds. This class is designed for kids that have had some experience in sewing and are willing to further develop their skills to make small and even stitches.
